BSNL Cellone — deduction of currency

without using any subscription bsnl charges 3/- or 5/- every 3rd day saying that u have subscribed for it. when u try to unsubscribe, it is not done. every month approx 50/- are wasted by customer for the cheating they do. i have complained at bsnl office they said sorry for the 1st time as well as 2nd time and this is continued daily. what about my money?
