BSNL Cellone — deduction of money for local incoming calls

Sirs, Recently I had shifted to BSNL cell one from Airtel- My No is [protected] and I had opted for pre-paid. I got a recharge of Rs200/- recently and to my dismay I find that money is deducted on local incoming calls also- not only that, I find money deducted just like that, without making any calls. I need an immediate redressal of this issue as well as refund of money unnecessarily deducted. regards Rameshan CP [protected]/ [protected].
