BSNL Cellone — Erroneous charging | |||
I had charged my mobile ([protected]) on 28.04.2014 for Rs. 500 and next day I could see that there is zero balance, though I have made only one or two local calls. So I registered a complaint with docket no.[protected]. However later it was closed without any action. It is for your information that I was using BSNL 3G services and for which I had recharged before. But I have not received any intimation that the data package is about to expire or expired. While calling from the customer support team they told me that it might be because of the data usage and they also told they will get back to me with more information and a solution. However I did not receive any further information and just received a message saying that the complaint is closed. Personally I don't think charging me (as a 3G user) exorbitantly like this for a day is very unfair and instead may charge for the data used (if that was the reason) as compare to the regular 3G data package charge. I I also would like bring your attention that I have not received any intimation / alert about the expiry of my data package before charging me like this. Secondly I feel very bad that I have not received any solution or explanation for the complaint I have registered and still it was closed. I expect simple justice and request little more standard and decent action from the BSNL. Otherwise I may be forced to follow with legal procedures.
