BSNL Cellone — My mobile is not working when I am in other states in India - Reg

I am in regular customer of bsnl since long back. My mobile number is [protected]. I usually go to Chennai on my office work. My mobile is not working when I am in Chennai. Due to lack of services I am facing so many problems to communicate others. I am unable to know the reason why it is not working. Kindly help in this regard and rectify it as early as possible.
