[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Not providing BroadBand Connection. It's almost 20 days.

I registered for BB connection on Nov 22. Lead ID:CHCHI[protected]. I got a message that Sampath Kumar (his mobile no.9444XXX129) will be my point of contact for the above Lead ID. But whenever I call all him (called him thrice), he says the connection for my area doesn't exist and he didn't receive a report if connection is feasible or not. I said BSNL BB connection is available in a flat opposite to my home and also in the house next to mine. Later he said BB connection cannot be provided to 1 person at all. He added that his line man was on leave and will be back after a week. (Is his line man on leave from Nov 22nd ?). I know the complaints registered in this forums are heard and immediate actions are taken. Please solve my issue and help me get BB connection within a week.
