BSNL Cellone — port problem

dear sir my mobile no is [protected] i have send message to port my no to other net work on 19th april still there is no response from the network why cellone is not porting my number after sending message to 1900 writing port and my mobile no they replu in 15 days it will be done still no response reason for porting from bsnl is from past 5 to 6 months no proper network and full of junk message from the network like hot babes, and other message like unesserliy charging like rs 150 activate mobile tv for one month unesserliy balance cuts
