[Resolved]  BSNL Chandigarh — Land LINe [protected] is Dead

Recently got LL[protected] from sector 34 D Chandigarh BSNL office. The LL didn't functioned for a week despite my approaching many officials. A Line man came and rectified the line problem. The phone worked for 10 days and it is again dead. Is it a systemic problem? That lines get snapped off regularly, with my previous experience of getting new connection activated I have blaek hope of getting my connection alive.
