I raised a Service Request for closure No. SR#[protected] for my telephone on 20/11/2015. Subsequently i surrendered the telephone instrument at Mylapore-RSU Exchange on[protected]. Since they said this is not enough i further gave a written application in the prescribed format to the Mylapore-RSU, BSNL grienvence cell on[protected] along with the blank cancelled cheque since they informed that the deposit will be returned only to the bank account through NEFT. I am attaching all the above referred documents andf receipts along with the latest bill where yhe department has raised a credit note for Rs. 2, 686.39 on 1-1-2016.
4 months have elapsed. Till the writing of this complaint i have not received the refund of deposit amount. Please examine and arrange refund.
