I am facing issue in my broadband connection since last 40 to 50 days (after they tried to update their connection via fiber optics but failed).
I have registered complaint again it many times.
From last three week on every Saturday, I spend around 4 to 5 hours to talk with customer executives but all are asking me to request to other number. I tried to call on 198, 1970, 1500,[protected]. Even contacted to Mr. J C Rana, SDOP sitting at Narol BSNL Office. He told me to connect to Mr. Shaikh sitting at Vatava BSNL office. Both told me that we are not responsible to server your request and they pointing to each other. So i finally decided to reg. my complaint on Cosnumer complaint.
I hope you will help me to resolve my issue.
