[Resolved]  BSNL — Dead phone, Landline connection

My BSNL land line number[protected] is dead for one week and I have already raised complain for that (Docet id - [protected]). After this I have got an SMS from customer care with the Name.contact number ( Nirmal Pal - Mobile No - [protected]) who will be looking after the connection issue. But I have called him hundreds of times but he did not respond and even picking up his phone.This is really disappointing and BSNL connection is the worst connection now a days. The poeple working with this organization are worthless and are not professional and too much irresponsible.
