BSNL — Deduction of Rs. 10 without connecting call

Dear Sir, I was tried to Call Nepal with my bsnl bihar mobile no. [protected] on dated 15.02.2015 at 4 pm. Without connecting the call, Rs. 10 was deducted from my bsnl main balance. After that i called bsnl customer care executive, but they are unable to sort out my problem. One Executive Ms. Tammanna misbehaved with me when i tried to know the reason of deductions. So, please requested you to return my deducted cash with priority basis. And it will be advisible do not make such type of mis happening in future.
