BSNL Dehradun — Broadband poor serviceability | |||
I have a broadband connnection with landline No.[protected] as a Combo. Quite often I find that my internet does not get connnected as and when I need it. When the unserviceability continues for over 24 hours I generally make a complaint for it's rectification. Every time I am given a complaint No.and also receive an SMS stating that the complaint on your phone has been assigned to BSNL Staff Shri.KESHWANAND, mobile No.[protected]. When I contact Mr. Keshwanand he informs me that he is a linesman and knows nothing about Broadband/Internet. I fail to understand as to why a person is detailed who cannot rectify the defect. I am sure that a big organisation like BSNL must be knowing about the qualifications as well as capabilities of its employees. Hence it is requested that the organisation should take interest when a complaint is launched and detail an appropriate person. Was this information helpful? | |||
