I moved out of the country in June last year and gave authority letter to my friend (since I did not have enough time to run around BSNL people). He is trying to get the landline+broadband connection disconnection since January this year (after many attempts to make the broadband work). BSNL people send bills on time every month though nobody is using the connection and upon enquiring about our disconnection request, they say it is in progress.
How many months' tariff we have to pay before they finally disconnect it. I tried doing it online through BSNL selfcare portal but there too, I am unable to log in since they are still 'verifying' my details!!!
No wonder BSNL suffers losses. They have the worst customer service.
