To, Chief Manager SBI CPPC, 5th flr, Premises No.T-651 & T-751, ITC, Belapur, CBD Belapur, Railway Station Complex, Navi-Mumbai-400614 Sir, I am drawing my pension from Margao(Goa) Branch IFC Code 512.My pension A/C No.[protected].Vide letter , No.CCA/MH-MUM/PEN/ASK/P-10230 dated 07/10/2013, office of The Pr.Controller of Communication Accounts, Santacruz (west)Mumbai-400054 has revised my pension.The said letter for revision of pension was dispatched to your office on 12/10/2013 and copy to the u/s and SBI Margao Branch..Today on 18/11/23013 i had approached SBI Branch office at Margao to inquiry about my revised pension and payment of arrears of pension with effect from March 2012 I found them shifting their responsibilities to your office.I request you sir, necessary action may be initiated toward payment of pension arrears since March 2012.
