My land phone no. [protected] with Internet connection was out of service from Dec.24, 2014 and I called BSNL Office Ponkunnam and complained. As there was no result, I went to the office and wrote a complaint. Also, I paid the telephone Bill of Rs.676 on the day. As there was no improvement until January 1st week, I registered a complaint with BSNL Thiruvananthapuram.
The phone was reconnected on February 1, 2015 with Internet.
Last week we were asked to pay a bill of 1019 failing which the phone will be disconnected. We paid the bill.
Again, they called us today to pay a bill of Rs.995/- failing which the phone will be disconnected.
Our Internet Plan is Rural 575. November bill was Rs.676. From Dec.24 to Jan 31, there was no phone or internet and we paid Rs.1019 for Dec. Then, how can the bill be Rs.995/ for January 2015 ?
Is BSNL punishing customers?
Please take necessary actions and refund the excess money that is charged.
