[Resolved] BSNL — Excess Payment for BSNL Landline Bill | |||
Dear Sir, Today I tried to pay the land line(broadband) bill after getting your telephonic messages to pay the same immediately to avoid disconnection since the due date for payment was 27-06-14.I tried nearly 14 times to pay it online through my mobile.But every time the transaction was not successful and indicated communication failure.Details of one of the transaction is given below:- Portal Transaction Id :- TX[protected] Bill Number :[protected] Account Number :- [protected] Phone Number :- [protected] Amount :- 953/- Transaction Dt :- 05/07/2014 Transaction Status:- Awaiting Bank Confirmation Similarly there are 13 more transactions. Each time a sum of Rs 953/- has been debited from my credit cards but the payment is not successful.Later, I went to the customer service centre at Towlichowk, Hyderabad and had paid the amount through ICICI Bank Cheque No.079276 dated 05-07-14 and had obtained receipt no.6519519. There is 1 more receipt no.HYD[protected].Since I have already paid the bill amount of Rs 953/- against the above bill hence the deducted amount of Rs 13342/- (Rs 953 *14)may please be refunded to my credit card accounts.
