[Resolved] BSNL — Extremely poor services and attitude towards complaints

The services offered by BSNL are pathetic. Internet connection and land-line connections are off for months and when a complaint is lodged, after 15 days or so they change its status to 'Closed' without even checking the problem. And when we call about this, they ask us to lodge a new complaint which again is closed after 15 days. It's been months since they're following this practice. Sometimes they say - nobody was home on the day they came to check and so they closed the complaint. Whenever they cannot check the problem, the status must be 'Pending' and not 'Closed'. There is no compensation offered in the bills too.
We do not get proper services, and when we lodge a complaint they don't pay much attention to it and 'Close' it without even bothering to look to the problem and they bill us for the net usage which we don't even get a chance to use. It's been a long time since we're dealing with this. I request you to look into the problem and find a solution for this.
