[Resolved] BSNL — Failing to provide proper service and customer care | |
Mobile no[protected], BSNL UP East. Recharged my cell for 84 STD call rate cutter pack on 25th Aug 2014 Balance was deducted but pack was not activated. A extortionately high call rate of 1.8 p is charged...!!!
The complain is about Unsuccessful activation of Plan, Unresponsiveness of customer care, keeping my complaint pending for several days, keeping my call on hold to and wasting my time for several hours en route customer care executive.
Calling customer care several times has just been a heavy loss of time. Every time a executive put it on hold for checking details, a long wait, and picks my call after long queue time. Then I am given a 24/48/12 hr time slot with affirmation that my complaint will be solved given interval of time slot every time. Further no other plan can be activated as per BSNL rules when a plan is already there!!!. I am fed up with getting a new time slot every time.
I have cause one suffered a heavy loss of time, money and undergone mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |
