[Resolved]  BSNL — Frequent Disconnecting during incoming/outgoing calls

Ref. : Mobile no : [protected] With reference to the above mobile no., i am a prepaid customer of BSNL mobile.I used to call/receive call from my mobile. But during incoming or outgoing call it disconnects frequently every after 2 to 3 minutes.It is so a serious problem that I have to call 3 to 4 times to a person for a full conversation. I could not contact customer care since the line is always busy. I am using Black Berry phone. The model of the phone is BOLD. The sim which was bought recently from BSNL Namakkal Dist. Kindly give more importance to this issue and resolve as quick as possible. Regards, K.Sengottaiyan
