i have been billed for` games on demand` for last several months.my wife had recd. a call in the regard informing about one month free service.subsequently there was no communication as to whether we were interested in continuing the service.however, it appears, the charges..RS.200 p.m. are being included in monthly bills.this is a unilateral act on the part of BSNL..THEREFORE, SOMETIME AGO..@ 2 MONTHS..I HAD APPROACHED BSNL BHARUCH SEEKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.ON MY REQ., THE SERVICE WAS NOTIFIED TO BE DISCONTINUED.INSPITE OF THE SAME, I HAVE RECD. THE BILL NOW INCLUSIVE OF GAME ON DEMAND CHARGES OF RS. 200..HENCE, BY THIS COMPLAINT, I ONCE AGAIN REQ. FOR THE NEEDFUL...
APART FROM THE ABOVE, I FEEL MYSELF RIGHTFULLY ENTITLED FOR THE TOTAL REFUND ACCOUNTING FOR THE CHARGES WRONGLY AND UNILATERALLY INFLICTED ON ME.I WISH THIS IS DULLY ADDRESSED BY THE AUTHORITY...OR OTHERWISE I MAY HAVE TO APPROACH THE COMPETANT AUTHORITY..CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM LEGALLY...
