BSNL — gprs plan not working properly

As i have a postpaid connection of bsnl mobile service from last 10-12 years u der the name of rakesh kumar goyal i always used to pay bill on time but a problem they troubling me by the way of their service in gprs facility .. i have requested a gprs facilty of 1 gb data at 140 per month by submitting an aplication in their head office nd now the problem begins by the way of no service sometimes nd sometimes wjth very nehligible speed.
