[Resolved]  BSNL Gyalshing, West Sikkim — Phone not Working Properly

We have a BSNL Land Line Number and Net Broadband Connection[protected] for Gylashing West Sikkim. Our Number is not working properly since last 8 months.We had complaints many times to the BSNL office Gyalshing but we didn't get any help from them.Our office is just 50m away from their office.When ever we goes for complaint they always said disconnect your number.We always paid bill in time.But we are not getting the Service which we required.Facing problem to Communicate.This is just a technical problem which can be solved by the BSNL Staff of Gyalshing only.But their negliances makes worst for us.
