BSNL Hungama — Unauthorized services activation | |||||
This is so ridiculous. For the month of September, 2015(Rs. 273) I saw one time charges in the BSNL bill and i thought it was due to some BSNL service but again for the month of October i get On Time Charges of Rs. 410. When i called customer service and asked what this is and they informed that it is due to Hungama services that I had activated, which I'm not aware of and I do not need these services. Today they are calling from Hungama and telling you should activate the account and start using Hungama since I will have to pay for this month also. I asked for a call recording of me or my wife accepting this offer and they have not replied me yet but persuading me to activate and use the services. What kind of nonsense is this? Why do I have to pay for something which I have never used and why should I activate a service which I dont intent to use. Two months back my wife received a call on our Landline and was asked about these services and she rejected saying we do not require such services and even after that these services were activated, the customer service representative falsified the information and asked my wife's email id for billing purposes and activated these services. This is daylight robbery and pure cyber crime. I want a refund of the amounts that were billed and want the services to be deactivated.
