[Resolved] BSNL Hungama — Unnecessarily subscribing Music on Demand and Movie on Demand

Sir, I have availed broadband connection in BSNL. My Land line number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for Music on Demand and Movie on Demand but a sum of Rs.248 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subscription has been done. Your people have never spoken to us about the Music on Demand and Movie on Demand and have cheated us by activating it without any further information. So kindly deactivate this plan from my number immediately. I expect that the next month bill should not include the amount in any such kind of plan. From Suresh Kumar Rai

I never subscribed for any hungama services like music on demand, movie on demand and games on demand. Please deactivate this seviice my land line number is [protected]. You had charge Rs 350 in my bill how can you do add this. with out any intimation how can you active this hungama service. Please deactivate this hungama service
