BSNL — Illegal Charges

Dear Sir, Despite DND messages from 57171 like wallpapers, videos are coming frequently and every time charging Rs. 8 for the services which I never intent to subscribe. So, in this way I am feeling very much harassed.Kindly take action against the erring officials and add the amount which has been illegally charged from me and oblige. Regards Adv. Rajesh K. Kataria

Dear Sir, after the complaint dated 21.09.2014, Rs. 5 have again been deducted from balance in the name of wallpapers on my mobile no. [protected]. It is really harassment on the part of BSNL.

Dear Sir, after the complaint dated june 2014, Rs. 5 have again been
deducted from balance in the name of service Vedio Bonanza will be renewed on[protected] and charged Rs 5 for renew of service for valid 7 days on my mobile no.
[protected]. It is really harassment on the part of BSNL.
