Dear Sir / Ma'am,
this is to inform you that i am a BSNL user for a long time but since my start, I have been facing problems with my Internet connection.
Over the time, I have lodged a complaint with BSNL and many personel have attended my house to solve the problem via various methods, but till date the problem is not fully solved.
The connection is very slow, (though i hold the most costly and fastest network plan of BSNL), the line keeps getting dis-connected from time-to-time and recently I found out that the ADSL link is going off from the modem which is dis-connecting the line.
As i am a student and there are a lot of studies online, I am bound to convey this informtion to the higher authorities of BSNL because I found nothing useful in just docketing a normal complaint.
Till date, BSNL did not take any concrete steps in fixing my Connection and I am just so irritated with it that I am forced to lodge a complaint against BSNL at the Consumer Court.
I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest.
