My land line No:[protected]. Phone is not working properly since long. After the complaint BSNL persons used to repair but it used to work only one week or so. After sometime they stopped repairing the phone. But without using the land line I paid the telephone bills without delayed. I got fed up with this routine and stop paying the bills.
Now they have deducted the bill amount from my deposit amount without giving a prior notice. Without repairing the phone they has deducted the amount. once I got a call the manager asking for the bill payment. I have expressed my problems of phone. He assured that he will make to working but not action have been taken from that side.
My question is when I have not used the phone, why should I pay the bills. Instead of attending the complaints simply they deducted the amount of 3000/- and now they are messaging that still Rs 19/- ( I don't remember the exact amount) is pending with me. Whom should i contact for this. Please help me
