The details of validity plans are not disclosed anywhere. My validity is going to finish in a day (16 Aug midnight).
When I went to a shop for recharge of 80 rupees, he recharged but I did not receive the validity. Also, the shopkeeper's balance got deducted. So, I had to pay him 80 rupees without getting any validity.
There is no notification about the plans from BSNL at any shop. How will the customer know is there's a change in plan? Does the company think anything about customer's problems?
Please consider this issue at the earliest, otherwise my number will stop working.
