[Resolved]  BSNL — inspite of regular complaints, not getting promised internet speed.

Hi, I am one more irritated consumer of BSNL. I used to pay Rs.1000 for my BB-999 plan which promised a speed of 4 Mb/sec but I never got it. It means that my downstream should have been 4000 + but it was actually 2000. I always got a speed of 1mbps. Now I chamged my plan to BB900 which promises a speed of 2mbps instead i get 720kbps, not even 1mbps. My current downstream is 726.My landline number is[protected]. Please resolve it. I have complained so many times by visiting there, still no relief. They don't answer their phones.I am frustrated, you are my last hope or I will get it removed. My mobile no is [protected].
