BSNL — IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICES OF BSNL BROADBAND | |||
Dear Sir, I have been availing BSNL Broadband facility under “BB Home Combo ULD 800” against my Telephone No.[protected] for the last 6/7 years. It is very unfortunate to say that during the whole period I have been facing inconvenience every so often in accessing internet. My broadband connection remained collapsed for 25 to 28 days at a stretch on several occasions and every time I communicated the problems to the local BSNL office at Siddhiashram, Agartala. They responded and tried to some extent but possibly the problems could not be sorted out properly. However, during the last 45-50 days I have been facing great difficulties in surfing internet. It takes long time .It disconnects frequently (at the interval of 1/2/3 minutes). I have communicated the matter to the local office several occasions but the problem is still continuing.Besides, I have lodged on line complaints several times. Further, I have reported the problem to the BSNL Officer (Broadband), Tripura nominated for dealing with the customer complaints but unfortunately any fruitful action from your end is yet to be noticed. I am fed up with this broadband problem because it is of no use for me at present and now I have no other alternative but to surrender the connection. I, therefore, request you to take the matter on top priority basis to restore the proper functioning of my broadband and at the same time it is also requested to take necessary steps to solve the problem permanently rather than for the time being.
