BSNL Landline Broadband Ujjain Madhya Pradesh — BSNL services down for more than 1 month

Hi Sir, I had registered my broadband and landline service interruption issue with BSNL ([protected]) on 20-Oct-2015. BSNL says to resolve all complaints in 3 days, but even after giving written application and lots of email communication, they had not reverted back or resolve issue. Please help to look into it.
