was very much shocked to see your mail attaching the bill for
Rs.2592/- I have never ever received bill for such a huge amount which
is the highest from the day I am subscribing to chennai telephones.I
definitely suspect some pilferage and wrong billing for such a huge
amount. . You can go through the records and can find that the
previous billing has not exceeded Rs.1, 000/- in the past. Likewise last
month also I have paid Rs.1579/- for which also there was no
justification for such a huge amount billing.I
have selected the current package since I found that it is most
economical to me as my BSNL telephone and broadband usage is very much
limited.I
have reserved my decision to continue subscribing to BSNL any more, as I
feel that if the same trend continues (of huge billing without using
the service) I have to discontinue immediately, as I don't afford the
same.I request
