[Resolved]  BSNL — Landline Not properly working

Dear Sir, Sub: Land line not working properly. Ref: Land line No.[protected] & A/c No.[protected]. This is to inform you that the above mentioned land line number is not working properly for more than 2-3 weeks. When I call this telephone number from my mobile or any other number it is wrongly redirected and gets connected to other land line No. is[protected]. I would also like to know if I would be charged for the outgoing calls from[protected].When I call from my land line[protected] there is total disturbance. Please rectify this at the earliest.
