BSNL Landline Service — Regarding payment of landline bill

Sir, I have paid the bill amount of my landline bill for the month of sept, 2015, through my internet banking. every thing was fine and the payment was done whoose transaction Ref No- IG0ASMNAM3 has been sent by state bank internet banking . But unfortunetely there is neither any notification or clarification from your billdesk side nor any receipt sent to me.
