Sub : Land Line[protected] is not working since last 4 months...
We have registered a complaint through help desk on September and registered in the system on September 19th 2014. I have contacted Exchange (south chittoor exchange), they said complaint has been closed with status Cable fault resolved.As per their advice i had contacted Accounts officer and he told me that they have disconnected the line due to the delay in rent payment . Finally Line got inactivated.
Then i went to another office and submitted form to Reactive the line, but till now there is no action from the exchange.
I would like to know the exact reason for the issue, whether its got disconnected due to un payment of rent or due to cable fault.
If its cable fault, which area the cable has problem. Since there is no road maintenance is going on in our area, i doubt there is communication gap between cable workers and Exchange authorities.
Appreciate your follow up and necessary action on this issue.
