BSNL — MADE PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD TRANS FAILED AMMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT | |||
Dear Sir I tried paying BSNL landline bill (Jaipur Rajasthan) online using BSNL portal. After completing the net banking transaction, Amount was deducted from my ICICI bank and a/c has been debited but amount Rs1, 012.00 got deducted from my account on 20th April, 2015 Below are my consumer details of BSNL for which the payment was made Name : Shiv Kumar Nadheria Bill Account Number: [protected] Phone Number. :[protected] Bill Invice Number and date : [protected] 03/04/2015 ICICI Debit card payment reference number - Bank trans id [protected]/0 Bsnl gave me this msg. Your Transaction TX [protected] is failed ( Ammount is deducted and transcition is failed) Kindly help in getting the payment processed. I contacted the bsnl office they told me that you tried to make payment through Debit Card on 20/04/2015 at 9:34 am due to some error transistion failed and this ammount stayed with icici bank and they asked to contact bank They have given Bank reference id [protected] and bill desk id is CSMP[protected] so I request you to credit ammount 1012 back to my account as I have made payment to bsnl cash thanks shiv kumar nadheria mob [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
