BSNL — money deducted for bsnl recruitment process but registration not completed

I had done a payment to bsnl recruitment through sbi net banking with ref no 8449556IG0ADSZYU4 transferto 311627 of 769.38rs on 9th June 2015 but it showed the status : NOTPAID. for this I had given a complaint to the bank through mail(ref no: PT[protected] but they replied that "the transaction has been proceed to merchant, please contact ur merchant" . so please solve this soon
