I tried to recharge my mobile no. [protected] through your BSNL portal but it failed to complete the process. it happened two times on same day i.e. 28th july 2014, first i tried to do recharge of Rs. 250/- and later of Rs. 100/- both time the transaction failed, but the money has been debited from my bank account. i check even after 24 hrs also but its not being refunded till now. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 350/- for failed transaction.
