BSNL — No Broadband connection even after paying the bill | |||
This is to bring to your notice that inspite of paying the bill we have not been provided Broadband connection. It has been 14 days so far and yet we have not been given the broadband connection. There is no proper response inspite of raising a complaint as well. The customer service is absolutely bad. The people do not even let us talk. This is not the first instance that we have raised a complaint. This is happening consistently. People try collecting money from us telling that only if we give them there would be proper response. Request you to take serious action on such cheap behaviour which is causing lot of disrespect. We have been with BSNL Broadband for the past four years and it's absolutely humiliating for receiving such a bad service from our broadband. Was this information helpful? | |||
