We have a broad band connection on[protected]. Despite repeated complaint over phone with the officer i/c of Alleppey BSNL and prolonged time elapsed, there is no improvement in the network. We are not getting the BSNL offered speed thereby our work is pending for more than one month. Thus resulted bad impact on our business. It is therefore requested that the BSNL be advised to improve the customer service and refund the loos occurred by our company
