[Resolved]  BSNL — Not repairing of desktop pc

Sir,
i am nilesh kumar & working as sde(it) in bsnl, hazaribag, jharkhand.Contact. No.-[protected]
i have complained about non working of pc on date 04 june 2016, but till 15th june 2016 no any one have attended the fault.
My case id is [protected] . Same pc had got faulty in month of may 2016 whose docket is [protected].Again become faulty.
Hence pl. Take necessary action for replacement of pc or rectification of fault.
My pc is in warranty condition.
