BSNL — Online Double payment for the landline[protected] through online BSNL Portal | |||
Dear Sir, I have registered a A/c my self for payments of my BSNL telephone number[protected] through debit card payment service of Andhra Bank. My/Father's BSNL Land Line account number is [protected]. I had made a payment of Rs 263/- on 01 Sep 2014 for the payment of Aug., 2014 bill number[protected] through my direct debit service through Visa debit Card of Andhra bank. 1st Receipt No is[protected] But payment was not reflected, I made another payment on same day on 01 Sep 2014 for the payment of Aug., 2014 bill number[protected] through Visa debit Card of Andhra bank. 2nd Receipt No is[protected] in case of double payment that requesting to be adjusted in next month bill. I have checked from my Andhra Bank and they have confirmed me through transaction that a doube payment by debit Card for an amount of Rs 526/- (263+263)was made by them Kindly after checking your records please confirm me if BSNL has received this double payment or not and if has received it twice then adjust the same against my forthcoming payment for SEP., 2014 or else let me know which mode of payment they have received Thanking you.
