Hello..
i tried to recharge my bsnl number [protected] via bsnl online portal.. but failed and cash deducted from my account... i know about the refund and all. but the problem is that, my transaction is showing as success ..
The amount was 135. and transaction ID is TXE[protected]

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid number [protected] using my debit card on 3 June 2021 twice.
Both time 100 rupees each was deducted from my account but the number didn't get recharged. The transaction got failed both the time.
It is 7 June today and I have not received any refund yet.
