[Resolved]  BSNL Patna — Land line phone problem

I have been suffering lots of problem only due to bad services provided by you. I am requesting you to see log book file of my phone to know the status of my phone since installation .
I have given complain through phone no-1500 seven days ago .Still i am waiting your response. If you can not provide me services please withdrawn my phone.
