BSNL — phone and broadband not working properly

Respected sir... I am a BSNL landline user from Madhya Pradesh & broadband user as well.And I am facing too much problems using Bsnl.I do complain regarding such problems to my near by Bsnl exchange, that Bsnl landline[protected] is off since from 25/06/2015 & Broadband is off from 30/06/2015 but no steps are going to be taken by the exchange.In this reference I want your strict attention for that.
