BSNL — Plan deactivation request

My BSNL Land Line Number is[protected]. One time charges is levied in my BSNL Bill for the month of January 2015 & Feb. 2015. Hungama plan has been activated and charged without my consent. I request the plan may be deactivated immediately and also refund the excess levied amount and also look into that the amount may not be included / levied in my forthcoming bill.
