BSNL — Previously paid bill not adjusted

Sir I have got a Landline Broadband connection no[protected] received First bill of Rs. 2515.00 which is paid by me on[protected] through net banking. next month I got a bill worth Rs. 3556.00.in this bill previous bill 2515.00 was included. I reported to your account officer he advised me to deposit Rs 993.00, and the total amount will be adjusted.I have deposit a ICICI bank Cheque no 882583 worth Rs 993.00 on dated[protected]. This cheque still not collected or bounced from my account of icici Bank. Third Bill we receive Rs.2014.00 The last date is to deposit[protected]. I Think the arrear bill of previous bills are added in this amount. Please adjust the correction and issue me a correct bill to deposit before date.
