BSNL Pune — Broadband not working since last 7 days after lodging twice complaints | |||
Hi Team, I have lodged complaint on 30/09/2015 regarding our BSNL Broadband not working. After calling up 4 times to customer care they said some technician will visit your home to check the device. On 6th we again called up in the morning and received the same response. On calling up again in the afternoon, they told that the ticket is put to resolved status, I said them to reopen since no one visited and our internet is not working since last 7 days, I kept on repeating It's not justifiable to pay 7 days bill amount and service tax as I am not getting that particular service. They said we are escalating to our higher management, it's the 3rd day of second complaint no one has turned up. To my demise, does everything fall on deaf ears for the service being charged which we are not using. I want someone to look up into this and resolve as I am tired of being calling up the customer care and chasing them up.
