BSNL — recharge not done amount debited

i have done a recharge on no. [protected] on 2nd june 2014 of amount Rs.70 from faridabad and bsnl site was showing that recharge was successful but it wasnt credited on my balance. i tried many times on 1503 customer care no but it was not connecting to the no. i tried on 1500 and 1502 but no one help me on this matter despite telling them tha i was not able to connect to that 1503 no.
