[Resolved] BSNL — Recharge of 139 data plan | |||
Hi, I have recharged for 139 data plan through PAYTM site for 1gb data valid for 20days. However i did not receive any data, instead after sometime got message that RS. 121 has been credited to my number. After recharging i used the number for Internet access and got message that your current session has been charged for rs151 and when i checked net session has been charged from my main balance. I enquired it with BSNL customer care however they are saying that the recharge for 139 was done through flexi recharge hence i got balance of 121. I also enquired with PAYTM however they are saying it is controlled by BSNL. I do not know whose fault it is, i have recharged for data pack of 139 which was clearly mentioned on PAYTM site thay for data pack of 1gb valid for 20days. Now my question is how it is possible that i got flexi recharge. It is very frustrating that BSNL saying to contact PAYTM and PAYTM saying to contact BSNL. Please resolve my query at the earliest.
